Fines

We no longer charge fines. However, there is a conscience jar on the counter. If your materials are late, feel free to drop a donation in the conscience jar.

Requests for materials

If RPL owns an item you would like but that item is already checked out, you may request that the item is put on hold and we will call you when it is returned. If RPL does not own an item you would like, we can order it for you through the interlibrary loan system. RPL has access to approximately 3 million media items throughout Maine.
